Of these 190,000 were shipped to New Zealand, while the New Zealand Government made arrangements for the balance to be distributed for collectors: 4020 in the UK, 1000 in Canada and 5000 in the USA.

The 1949 NZ crown is in a higher grade than I had hoped.I also appreciated the fact that it came in a free holder (unexpected),Also I had ordered the 2 available of these on the website.But they could only locate 1.That said – the postage was also reduced! Nice.
