2026 Ragnorok Jormungandr 1 Oz Black Silver is the third coin from the Ragnarök series by Germania Mint. The collection allows you to immerse yourself in the mythical atmosphere of the story of the end of the world, which will put an end to the reign of the gods and change the existing order.
Designed by Kinga Sabatowicz, the coin will be issued in a limited mintage of 5,000 pieces, with a Certificate of Authenticity included to confirm its uniqueness.
The obverse
The obverse of the coin depicts Jörmungandr, a mighty sea serpent. He was one of the children of the god Loki and the giantess Angrboða. According to the myths, his enormous body encircled the entire world. Jörmungandr is depicted in the moment preceding his final confrontation with Thor – one of the most powerful gods. Their battle during Ragnarök symbolizes the inevitable clash of powerful forces, the consequences of which will change the fate of the gods and the entire world.
The reverse
The reverse features a symbolic depiction of a serpent devouring its own tail, as well as the double-headed eagle, the coat of arms of Germania Mint.
